• “Integration of disabled children in the regular schools” (2001-2002) financed by the State Secretary of the Handicapped People;

•  “A Romanian model of an inclusive school – 1 st school year” – integration of disabled children in a regular school using an alternative system of learning – at schools No.115 of Bucharest and No. 15, 35 and 37 of Constanta, with the PHARE financial support, by Foundation for Developing of Civil Society (FDSC) (1997/8);

•  “Learning of non-transportable children”, 1999-2000, with financial support of Dutch Cooperation Foundations for Eastern and Central Europe;

•  “Itinerant teachers”, 2000-2001, with the financial support of Romanian Smile Appeal;

•  “H-development. New methods, new opportunities”, 1999-2000, with the financial support of the Foundation Principess Margarida of Romania;

•  “Promotion of the activities “Learning of non-transportable children ” and “Inclusive school”, 1999-2000, with the financial support of the Cultural Center of the USA Embassy in Bucharest;

•  “Improvement of psycho-motor aptitudes at mental-disabled children by the intensive action of manual abilities”, with financial support of AIDROM (1993/94). Beneficiaries of this program were pupils with mental retardation of the Helping School No.4, Bucharest;

•  “The design and realization of the physical prototypes of some original didactic materials for teaching of writing-reading skills and mathematics in the firsts school years” – alternative didactic means destined to the children from the poor families with lack of communication, with the financial support of Interchurch Aid, Department of Romania (AIDROM) (1992/3);

Grundtvig, 10 years of european innovation in adult education

Adult Education Comission of European Union (General Direction for Education and Culture) started European Year

The Adult education unit of the European Commission (DG Education and Culture) has marked the start of the European Year for combating Poverty and Social Exclusion and the launch of the 10th anniversary celebrations of the Grundtvig programme with a successful conference:

The conference brought together 330 experts in the field of adult learning, European, national, regional and local policy-makers, representatives of successful Grundtvig projects as well as any individual or organisation interested in the field. It offered thematic key speeches, project cases, and reflections about the future of adult learning in Europe.
H Foundation was invited at Conference.

VOCA2

The project will support participants of VOCA courses in further training activities for developing a mentor skills and profession, for mentoring the disabled people in integration to the working environment and to a new job. Thus, mentors will use the knowledge, skills and qualifications gathered via VOCA courses both existing and in the new field and localized in new regions. VOCA will also support improvements in quality and innovation in vocational education and training systems targeting mentoring disabled people and further improve practices present in this field.

Creativity and Innovation in Education, Training and Employment

The final Dissemination Event of the ETTAD and QATRAIN2 projects took place on Friday 25th September 2009 in Brussels, Belgium. The title of the event was "Creativity and Innovation in Education, Training and Employment".
